Delivery men refused to assist in any way, a lady Sr Citizen in removal of dishwasher before they installed new unit! This resulted in a back injury and a very upset lady.
Simple Solution incompetent Idiots: Advise the customer of your Installation Policy at the time of purchase ! It’s not rocket science; it’s Customer Service !
